The Blind Pianist
This work tells the story of a pianist who, due to circumstances, could not play music and could not see his audience. Yet, his listeners could hear him—and through his music, they truly saw him.
This work is part of my exploration of the relationship between human emotions and the places we inhabit. It portrays a pianist whose eyes cannot see physically, yet his clothing and hair flow in the wind against a stormy sky, creating a dramatic atmosphere that symbolizes both freedom and constraint.
